NW6 Management draws up ASTs, fields all the important questions, and handles every check in and check out. Inventory and condition reports are worked on, then presented to tenants.
From dealing with emergencies and lodging tenant deposits, to arranging maintenance and repairs, NW6 covers it all, Properties are also physically attended every 2 - 3 months to check for any required repair work.
Properties managed are kept in excellent condition, with 24/7 help for emergencies, as well as scheduled and regular maintenance.
